11 Tips For Optimizing your Squeeze Page

1. Success Stories: You want your readers to know what you are offering has value. Social proof online is the same as good word of mouth. If a Facebook friend or some other social media friend is saying something good about about something the chances of someones else checking it out increases dramatically.
2. video and Multimedia:  Videos will keep your readers attention. They get a chance to stop reading and start watching something entertaining for a moment or two. Use only video media because you will not be able to keep someones attention on your splash with just your voice. It just wont happen.
3. Color Usage: Be careful of the colors you use some colors will will make you believe what they are looking at is a gimmick and scare some people away. While on the other hand their are some colors that capture the readers attention and make them a little more interested in what you have to offer. The colors all depend on you home back and other background colors
4. Page Set Up: Always make all of your pages easy to read and easy to scan threw #KeepItSimple
5.  Below the Field Content: Google is not a big fan of squeeze pages because they tend to be spammy and light in content. Who cares what Google like right? Your doing this for your self not them. Their is away around this, make your squeeze pages very high with key words. This will give your page  a better SEO boost. Still keep your squeeze pages basic, simple, and easy to navigate threw.
6. Limited Time Offer: Push your readers into almost being forced to sign up. Make them feel as if they will be losing out on something if they dont. Limited time offers are the best examples of this.
7. To Big to Handle: Do not make huge extensive squeeze pages. They are intimidating. Not one person wants to read page after page of somthing. People are just to busy and dont have the to to read that much. Again keep your squeeze pages short and sweet.
8. Dont Ask For to Much: It has been shown that the more information that you ask for the less likely the reader is going to sign up. Ideally you only ask for their Email address. You may or may not want to ask for for more information like their name on the Thank You for Signing Up page but your after their email address and you got it. That should be good enough.
9. Language: The way say something is huge. Emphizs the value for your readers. It is smarter to sound smarter. Use words like "Download Temple" compared to "Submit"

    10. Images of your Product: Images are always recommended for an engaging web page experience, and           this is true of squeeze pages as well. These images may not always be the most interesting expesially             when dealing with E books, but hey something is better than nothing.

    11. Statistics: Encourage numbers. for example, McDonald s is "Over 1 Million People served". Show off           how many people have signed up. When people see that other people are doing the same thing in a               way it becomes cool.  Here is your chance to brag a little bit. Make sure its something                                   worth bragging about.

The Correct Way to Make a Squeeze Page

The Goal: Building your database with a squeeze page. You need readers to give you their email address. Their are of course good ways and bad ways to go about doing this.

Pop up squeeze pages are annoying as hell these are not the route to go. They are always in your way when you trying to read something. That little itty bitty x that you need to click to make the thing go away, is never in the same spot. Not to mention these stupid pop up things are blinking most of the time. Their was a survey done by Jakob Nielsen and he found that 95% of readers found their online experience was negatively affected by pop ups.

I don't know about you but i'm not only getting thos 5% of people who don't mind pop ups to my site. Shoot I don't even be getting that many people to my site now. I don't want to annoy the people i am getting. When my site becomes bigger I want at least 95% of the internet to come to my site and enjoy what i have to offer.

A Decent pop up, not a good or great pop up ad because their is no such thing a good pop up but anyways. a decent pop up ad is a pop up that is not blinking east to read, professional looking and with an easy to to locate x or No Thank You Tab.

A good way to go about implementing a squeeze page is by making a splash page. Splash pages are custom pages that readers are sent to when they first visit your site. A splash page is a little offer before they reach your actual homepage.

If you make yourself a splash page make sure that your design corresponds with your homepage. You don't want your readers thinking that accidentally logged on to the wrong website. Also be sure to add cookies so that way when they visit your site a second time they will be directed directly to your site. Don't make them deal with your splash page every time they log on.

2. Email Position. The position to where you have the email sign up bar is crucial. The higher to the top of your page the sooner the reader is going to read it.
3. Make it quick for the reader to sign up. Don't have the reader fill out and application.Don't let your readers get bored.

Before you go and create a Squeeze Page do your research. 

Consider these 3 thing.

1. what is your target area your niche. Are their any problems within that area?
2. Are their any products or services already out their solving this problem
3. How would u make your headline energetic without sounding hyped up?

You may think you are one of a kind kind but in reality this is the Internet. it is almost guaranteed that someone is already doing the same thing you are doing.

If you do that you are sending off great information in chunks This should make your readers more likely to want to use and see the value in getting your emails. Build a positive progressive relationship that will make it easier for you to gain more positive follow ups.

This same concept works for online marketing to. Collect Email addresses like you collected thos Pokemon cards of yours back in the day. Collecting this information can be a measurement of how much you will make online. One hundred emails should land you at least one sale, this is a good reference to why you need to have so many people in your database.

A Niche is a small portion of a market within a huge market. The trick in selecting a niche is finding something you are interested in. Stay focus  on that and only that. Master It. Then move on, once and only once it has been mastered. A few things to consider when selecting a profitable niche for yourself....

1. What may the future trend of the be? Could it it one day be you?
2. Are people willing to spend cash in this niche
3. How much are they willing to spend?
4. Are people already selling products in your niche and if so what products are being sold ?
5. Find out what you niche potential is from Google. It will give you some guidance thru your market.

1. Avoid a black or dark background. A dark back grounded website is often associated with hackers or something related. The recommended color for a background is always light colors.
2. Always evenenly space your articles or post. You would think this would be common sense, something we all learned in elementary school. but.... (You want your reads to have an enjoyable read.)
3. Sell Affialtes!!! This is very suprising how many people are not doing this. "Heres the thing if you do not post up products you like to promote, you will never make a sale online and never make a Cent. 
4. Post Articles Regarley! If you do not post articles reguarley then how do you think your blog will get noticed? you update everyday you get exposure everyday. The more content you have on your blog the better chance you have of Google picking you up ( SEO search Engine Optimization) Try to put an article out their everyday.
5. Install Trafficing Software (Google analytics) This is a free tool you can use to see what visitors are doing. Knowing what visitors like is extremely important.
